Pickleball Tournament Schedule 2025
The schedules are released! Please find your team in one of the three divisions—Beginner Recreational, Intermediate Recreational, or Competitive.
Tournament Rules and Regulations to Keep in Mind
Each team has a three-game minimum in their group. The top team (or two teams for groups that have more than four teams) will progress to bracketing Semi-Finals and Finals.
If your team is scheduled for four games in the group stage, this is to get all teams in your division a three-game minimum. Your fourth game points will not count towards your point total.
Each game is played to 11 points, must win by two points. Your total points accumulated in the group stage will determine the top team to progress to the bracketed semi-finals.
All standard Pickleball Rules apply. See official rules here.
This is a self-governed and self-reported tournament. Players are to report their scores to the Tournament Director after each game.
Games are scheduled to begin every half hour. If your game has finished early, you are welcome to rally and play for fun on the court until the next game begins.
Due to registration numbers in the competitive division, a mixture of both intermediate and advanced players are in each group. We did our best to have a balance of skill matches in each group.
Day of Tournament Notes:
Check-in for the tournament begins at 8:15 AM. Announcements and welcome begin at 8:50 with the first round of games starting at 9:00 AM.
Each player must sign a waiver to participate. These will be sent out digitally prior to the event, but may also be signed at check in on the day of the event.
Granola Bars and Water will be provided. Bring with you extra snacks and a chair to hang out at cheer on those participating.
There is a baseball tournament happening at Vet’s Park on May 10 as well. Please plan ahead in terms of parking if you plan to leave and return throughout the morning.
