Nat Finley Co-Founder

Nat is the people person behind She Unites. Our programming extrovert and connection queen. Nat is a lover of all things breakfast food. You'll be besties instantly if you let her eat off your plate. She is an adventurous artist with a camera always in hand, mom of two rambunctious little boys, and just so happens to have a smokin’ hot hubby.

Nat is the Corporate Experience Coordinator at Dubuque Screw Products.

Adele Herman Co-Founder

Adele is the brains behind the SheUnites brand; the wizard of words, design, video, and making things pretty. She lives for outdoor adventures in the dirt, sun, or snow, prefers dogs to people 90% of the time, and has a wickedly sarcastic tongue with very little filter.

Adele is the owner of Adele’s Creative Co., providing graphic design and social media solutions for small businesses and non-profits in the greater Dubuque area.

Logan Lynch

Logan is a modern-day renaissance woman. She owns her own pelvic floor therapy practice, Life In Motion, and teaches cycling at Soul Revolution - talk about a total bad a**. She is an enthusiastic soul who loves to educate & entertain on social media. When she is not out there changing the world, you are most likely to find Logan making travel plans to Colorado, practicing on her guitar, or in a CrossFit class at the gym.

Brooke Stelken

Brooke is a staff accountant for AccounTax Solutions LLC, she started out as an intern in 2016 and has been part of the team for the last 4 years. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration with an emphasis in finance. Through college, she volunteered for VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) preparing individual tax returns. In her spare time, Brooke likes to read and spend time with her two dogs.

Luzelena Bravo

Luzelena Bravo currently works as the Black/AA Community Health Worker for Crescent Community Health Center in Dubuque Iowa and is pursuing a degree in Public Health Administration at Northeastern Iowa Community College. She is a member of the League of United Latin American Citizens, Dubuque Unidos Chapter, and NAACP. Luzelena is a community leader who aims to uplift and support Black and Brown communities through her work and community engagement. In her free time she enjoys traveling, spending time with her loved ones and her four-legged bestie Nacho. Oh, and she makes incredible blueberry crumble muffins. 

Heather Jelinske

Heather Jelinske currently works at RSM, supporting middle-market client’s technology needs across the globe. When she’s not nerding out on the tech side, you can find her playing chauffeur to her 9-year-old daughter, Penelope. A self-proclaimed foodie, Heather enjoys traveling any place she can tempt her taste buds but equally loves coming home to Netflix binge with her husband Michael, and her big puppies, Zoe and Rafa. Consistently finding herself in male-dominated industries, Heather strives to connect and engage women, particularly in STEM, to blaze their own paths.

Lauren Krapfl

Lauren is a West Dubuque native and passionate community advocate. A socialworker by discipline, Lauren is the Director of Field Engagement for the Social Work program at Clarke University. She hopes to instill her love for serving others through her professional work and beyond. When not molding young minds, you will find Lauren logging miles on the Heritage Trail, tackling her next home improvement project, or solidifying her win as favorite Krapfl Sister.

Sharanā Sanchez

Sharanā Baker was born and raised in the Chicagoland area and moved to Dubuque in 2015 to attend college, where she received her Bachelors from Loras College and Masters from Clarke University. She now has over seven collective years working with companies, colleges, families, students, clients, and K-12 schools. More importantly, Dubuque is where she has built her community of friends and colleagues, giving her numerous opportunities to connect with those around her. 

Ana Gonzalez

Ana is a Continuous Improvement Manager for a subsidiary of Hormel Foods, where she focuses on helping people and organizations work better together. Originally from Venezuela, Ana lived in Europe for several years before moving to the United States in 2019, experiences that shaped her global perspective and passion for inclusion.

A proud mom, lifelong learner, and MBA student, Ana enjoys discovering new cultures, learning languages, and exploring new places—especially when it involves connecting with others.

Beyond her professional career, Ana is passionate about community building and fostering a sense of belonging. Since arriving in the U.S., she has been actively involved in nonprofit organizations, with a strong focus on supporting immigrant communities. Her move to Dubuque was a leap of faith—one that has strengthened her commitment to service, connection, and leadership.
