Join us on Saturday, January 17, for Snowshoeing at Mines of Spain with Dubuque County Conservation.
We will be hiking the snowy wonderland beginning at EB Lyons Interpretive Center on Saturday morning at 9:30 AM.
We will meet at the EB Lyons parking lot at 9:30 AM to get our gear and start our trek! Our guide will take us on an hour-and-a-half or so excursion. All are welcome regardless of experience! This is FREE to attend, BUT please register to secure a pair of rental snowshoes or indicate if you are bringing your own! If you want to join us in the She Unites mission, please consider making a donation when registering for this event. Every dollar helps us grow our organization and make an impact in the lives of women in the Dubuque region.
All She Unites programming is designed for Adult Women. Pre-Registration is Required.
Inclement Weather: In the event of there being no snow, this will convert to a winter hike. Same time and location. If the weather is unsuitable for outdoor activity, we will let all attendees know by 6 P.M. on Friday, January 16.
What is She Unites Recess? Our Recess programming is our intentional community-building activity-based program. We are on a mission to connect amazing women through unique opportunities that get us out of our comfort zones.
